Billy Harper[edit]

Non-notable long-shot Republican candidate for governor of Kentucky in 2007. Never ran for office before and has said in news accounts he would never run again. Delete His mention at Kentucky gubernatorial election, 2007 is sufficient. By the way, he wasn't a Republican candidate for governor, he was a candidate in the Republican gubernatorial primary - I know it's splitting hairs, but if this afd fails, the article should be corrected. – jaksmata 20:44, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
