Keep. There are not that many track surface manufacturers out there since there is just not much of a market for such niche demands, and this company is one of the few large providers. Delete as unambiguous WP:PROMO sourced to blogs, press releases, and passing mentions. Article creator's activity focused entirely on adding material about this company and its products to the encyclopedia. By design and by policy, Wikipedia is not a platform for promotion.
