The single source for this table says “ The IFFHS (International Federation of Football History and Statistics) has been organizing elections for the "Football Player of the Century" for various countries and continents, and separate elections for the "Goal Keeper of the Century". Apparently elections were based on polls of journalists and former players, but no specific details are known.” There are various rankings publicised by various different authorities, but this one does not appear to be notable. Delete we're not a mirror of International Federation of Football History and Statistics, and we've deleted similar articles that are just copies of their random stats before.
