WP:TOOSOON. Even if subject's PowerDNS software may be notable, it doesn't imply the author itself is notable enough for Wikipedia with very few if any third party reliable sources (WP:RS). The only reference being mentioned is an RFC where the article subject is an author, and that is not enough to establish facts per for biographies of living persons (WP:BLP).
