Article about a never-completed and never-released film, not evincing a reliably sourced reason why it would be of enough enduring importance to be exempted from the primary notability criteria for films at WP:NFO. As always, the core notability markers for films hinge on evidence of enduring significance (critical attention, notable film awards, archiving, etc.) -- if the article can't document a credible reason why the film would still pass the ten year test as a topic of enduring significance despite its failure to ever be completed or released, then it doesn't qualify to keep a Wikipedia article just because it's possible to minimally source that it entered the production pipeline.
