- Delete Per nom, also fails WP:GNG. It looks like it is an article about this (PDF warning): http://www.aem.umn.edu/people/faculty/joseph/archive/docs0/67_1.pdf It is a a paper published by two academics at the University of Minnesota in 1967 concerning "boundary conditions at a naturally permeable wall."
