Delete per WP:NOTMEMORIAL. No published obits found, only a death notice. a few articles in a gNews search here: [1]. Noting at all in Proquest newspapers. A few citations of his articles in a gBooks search: [2] No indication of notability found.E.M.Gregory (talk) 21:07, 30 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
