I really wish this were notable, but I don't think it is. There's this (name drop), this (another name drop), this (basically a name drop; certainly not critical commentary) and a single article in the Hartford Courant from 1984 called "Dusting Off Encyclopedia After 95 Years", which is a nice story about its republication in the '80s but doesn't get it to pass WP:NBOOK on its own. Just don't think there's the coverage here (although I don't have access to that many historical newspapers, which is where I'd expect the coverage to be if it does exist).
