Redirect to Abhishek Banerjee (politician)#Membership drive. There's actually quite a bit of (mostly ephemeral) news coverage, but it mostly just refers to this as one of Banerjee's initiatives; as such it's probably best to discuss it in his article, per WP:NOPAGE, providing relevant context.
