Seems to fail NCORP; not entirely sure about the Malaysian sources, but they don't seem entirely reliable, and even then they don't exceed routine coverage. Aside from that, the article is quite clearly promotional in nature. It also has a volatile edit history with at least one editor repeatedly stating that the company is a Ponzi scheme and with edit warring over whether it is based in Pakistan or Malaysia.
