Speedy tags (G3 and A7) being repeatedly removed. So taking it here. Eeekster (talk) 00:59, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Searched Google for any to sources back up. I didn't anything that matched what was said on the article. --Webclient101 (talk) 01:01, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment I would also like to point out that it has already been speedy deleted once today. Also, there seems to be half a dozen or so IPs who keep contesting the deletion on the talk page, with half of them actually saying that the topic of the article isn't actually a real person. - Delete - Google News US found nothing so I searched Google Greece with the Greek name provided but also found nothing. It is possible that sources may be print but I would have expected some evidence of reliable Internet links. I found a British magazine article here but it provides almost nothing and contains a YouTube video, I noticed that all of the links I have found are user-generated such as YouTube or forums thus unreliable. - Don't Delete - Nonsense. Everybody knows that Athillas Thasos is the next Justin Bieber on Greece. Ask anybody, not Google. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.224.204.136 (talk) 02:25, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete - per nom + SwisterTwister (above). This article currently has some serious unsourced BLP issues going on, that really need to be trimmed back a bit. -- WikHead (talk) 03:32, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete He is Turkish and his real name is Atilla Taş. He is not Greek. --Benvewikilerim (talk) 10:59, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete This article is pure trolling Iaberis (talk) 11:39, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Speedy delete Haha, this is great example of what Turks are capable of when they set their mind to something :P. Here is the thing: Atilla Taş is a Turkish singer, who is kind of a one hit wonder with his hit song "Ham Çökelek", a cover of a folk song originating from Silifke. Last time we've seen him appear on media was after his traffic brawl with an older man (whom you can see with a white undershirt when you check Google Images). After the success of Gangnam Style, Taş covers the song, and Turkish internet users are so ashamed of it, they are claiming he's from Greece. This is all there is to it. You can see multiple Atilla Taş videos on YouTube where Turkish commenters post stuff like "He is from Greece beyler çaktırmıyoruz :)" (English for "Guys, don't give it away :)") So please delete it as soon as possible as this is rubbish.--Vito Genovese 11:53, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- And here is the source. Please note that this trolling effort is led by İnci Sözlük, an Ekşi Sözlük-like website renowned for their "visits", a word they use for their mass trolling activities. They are currently planing to create articles for a fake country on multiple WMF projects. See the organization page for this "visit", which will happen in a week as they say.--Vito Genovese 12:14, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Speedy delete hoaxy, only claims to notability are implausible or clearly false, sole ref is YouTube. Hairhorn (talk) 12:17, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
