Player does not qualify for WP:NRU (Major League Rugby is not a notable league under WP:NRU), only brief mentions and news of him signing for sides so doesn't qualify for WP:GNG either. Hi @Devonian Wombat:, have just noticed this in the article. Having looked on all stats websites (such as itsrugby) he is not listed as having international caps, but he is listed in match reports for international games during the period suggested.
