There is precisely one "Arthur Humphries" in the encyclopedia, and one "Arthur Humphreys". Unless I am missing something here, there is no need for a disambiguation page between these two different spellings. Any confusion can be handled in a hatnote. BD2412 T 21:14, 8 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Delete, and move Arthur Humphries (rugby union) to base name, linking the two articles by hatnotes. It seems that Humphreys article was created in 2009 using "Humphries" and immediately moved, leaving the redirect; when the article on Humphries was created in 2016 it should have been created overwriting the redirect but instead was given a disambiguated title.
