Delete with fire - To their credit though, it may not be OR. At least some of it is copyvio from https://www.cdc.gov/arthritis/basics/gout.html, and http://ayurveda-foryou.com/treat/fibromyalgia.html, and... at this point I'm going to nominate for speedy.
