Didn't do anything of note in his life. He was a passenger on the Titanic, ok, but I can't see how every passenger of that ship are notable. This is already covered at a fansite, Encyclopedia Titanica. He should be mentioned in the articles of both his parents, of course, but note WP:INHERITED.
