Non-notable fictional railway. Of the inline cited sources in the article, one is primary, and the other is to pegnsean.net, which looks like a self-published fansite. Of the sources in the bibliography, you have the fansite, a bunch of primary source fictional books, and one biography of the author. Google Scholar brings up two hits, [1], both of which look like plot summaries. A Google search is bringing up Fandom, deviantart, pinterest, and a book complied from Wikia content Gets one sentence in this piece from BBC. Clear failure of WP:GNG. Delete. Cool stuff for a fan wiki, but here it is WP:FANCRUFT that fails WP:NFICTION/GNG. More articles from this children show need review for notability, not everything we grew up is notable, folks... --_{Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here}

Redirect to Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway#Arlesdale Railway is probably most helpful to a reader wanting encyclopedic material. https://ttte.fandom.com/wiki/Arlesdale_Railway is probably suitable for casual readers and it's probably better for us not to compete. Delete or merge to Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway#Arlesdale Railway. Would also consider Sodor (fictional island) or List of fictional locations in Thomas & Friends or another suitable merge target. Nominator is right that most of this article is sourced to primary sources, with a bare mention in the BBC.
