  • Delete. As always, people do not get Wikipedia articles just for standing as candidates in elections they did not win, but the only other attempted claim of preexisting notability here, being state-level vice-president of his political party, is not a notability freebie in the absence of a WP:GNG-worthy volume of reliable source coverage about his work either. And the only footnote here is covering him in the context of being charged with, but not verifiably convicted of, a crime, which is (a) not grounds for notability either, per WP:PERP, and (b) not enough coverage to get him over GNG all by itself even if it wasn't posing a PERP issue.
