Delete total failure of notability guidelines for basketball players. We cannot build such articles around only the webpage of the university the subject attends. This would lead to creating articles on not just every college basketball and football palyer, which we are not prepared to do, but also probably almsot every track, volleyball, swimmer and other sports as well.
