Lacks the independent reliable sources needed when writing about elements of fiction. No sources discuss the character from the out-of-universe perspective needed to establish that the character is notable independent of the films in which it appears. Merge and redirect to List of Puppet Master characters. I really wish that there were more coverage of this character, but all I can find are sources that discuss the movies themselves. There's nothing out there that focuses on this specific character independent of film reviews and the like. Considering that this is a common problem for this series for some reason, I'm not entirely surprised. I found one source, but that could be argued to be a primary source since it's a book written by one of the actors that portrayed Toulon in one of the films. Merge into List of Puppet Master characters. It makes me a little sad to say this, but there really doesn't seem to be much coverage of this character. It's difficult to top the popularity of the puppets themselves, though. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 21:39, 9 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
