Lacks the independent reliable sources needed when writing about elements of fiction. No sources discuss the character from the out-of-universe perspective needed to establish that the character is notable independent of the films in which it appears. • Merge and redirect to List of Puppet Master characters. I really wish that there were more coverage of this character, but all I can find are sources that discuss the movies themselves. There's nothing out there that focuses on this specific character independent of film reviews and the like. Considering that this is a common problem for this series for some reason, I'm not entirely surprised. I found one source, but that could be argued to be a primary source since it's a book written by one of the actors that portrayed Toulon in one of the films.
