Don't see how being the chairman of a national (not international) committee is a reason for notability. Might as well qualify for A7. Drmies (talk) 01:58, 30 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • It's a pity that articles about people in the Arabic-speaking world always seem to be created with the title being the longest possible form of their name, rather than that which is most commonly used. That makes it next to impossible for others who are not familiar with Arabic names to find sources. 86.17.222.157 (talk) 20:55, 12 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete: an unremarkable non-profit executive. Does not meet WP:ANYBIO and significant RS coverage not found. K.e.coffman (talk) 04:52, 14 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Plenty of sources that mention "Ali bin Samikh al-Marri" (sometimes spelled as "Smaikh") but will take some digging to determine whether they're really about him or the committee czar 19:21, 14 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
