It's hard to tell whether these are essentially the same place, but that's what the topos imply. The older maps appear to label the siding that peels off just south of the junction proper as "Magunden"; later, that label moves to the north side of the tracks and the label "Algoso" takes its place, with a short passing siding appearing as well. For some reason the "Magunden" label keeps drifting west, until it reaches its present location well away from the junction. Searching gives few GHits, and the book hits quite clearly identify both names as rail spots, although it's not possible to get a clear indication of how they relate to each other. At any rate, these both seem to be NN rail locations, and are certainly not settlements. Mangoe (talk) 03:39, 2 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. No post office. GBooks found Gudde and some shipping citations. Newspapers.com found a reference to the station at Algoso being reclassified. There are some orange fruit production hits that mention Algoso, but I believe that is a different area. It is WP:OR on my part, but the area of Algoso is not known for citris production. I found no references for "so and so was born/lived/died" there. As there is no legal recognition of this locale and there is very little coverage, all of it trivial, #1 and #2 of WP:GEOLAND are not met. This locale is not notable.
