  • Delete - User:David Eppstein considered CSD in 2013, but decided to conservatively tag the article for problems in 2013.[1] I don't find any sources not currently in the article, and agree the article is not encyclopedic. Smmurphy(Talk) 14:34, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
