Keep. Satisfies WP:SIGCOV as in addition to the Daily Record article already cited, O'Rourke has been the subject of significant coverage in the The Herald [1] and The Scotsman [2], and on the websites of the Scottish Arts Council [3] and the PRS for Music Foundation [4], all of which would appear to be independent and reliable sources.
