Weak keep it seems he passes WP:NFOOTY for playing in a fully professional league based on soccerway/possibly a match report in Arabic I stumbled upon (but can't verify) but we need a citation from somewhere. An Arabic search seemed more promising, but I don't understand the language well enough to add a citation. Upgrade to a full keep as soon as he's not an unreferenced BLP.
