Keep by WP:MUSICBIO she clearly passes point #9, #10, #11 and #12; #9:She has won first place in Jashne Ahang (Celebration of Song)here. #10: She had performance in a television show in GEM TV (Sheytoon and Behtarin) also in DREAMLAND TV (Nafas). #11:She has been placed in rotation nationally by major music television network PMC here and Galahere. #12: Sina Valiollah talking with Ahllam in Farsi1#Talk Shows (Chandshanbe ba Sina)here. No, you need to prove it's a major TV network. I think you were not serious when you described PMC as a "nationally major music television network". As regards she is a Iranian singer she isn't famous in Europe but she passing WP:MUSICBIO According to the explanations given above.
