Clearly not related to science, which has peer review. Not law, which (in the West) employs adversarial process before a neutral. Too vague (and undefined) for politics. Basically an unreferenced article related to a "buzz word" if nothing more. – S. Rich (talk) 15:16, 27 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
