Some coverage but I couldn't find enough to show he meets WP:NACTOR or WP:GNG. Has been in CAT:NN for 12 years; hopefully we can now resolve this. It doesn't have a Turkish article, but has in two other languages, neither of which have convincing evidence of notability. I may be missing something due to language.
