Keep Passes WP:NACTOR by mile. Though I agree the article looks shabby, but notability does not depend on a state of an article. He's quiet a public figure and notable. Some sources: Best Actor African Film Award, London; standalone news for his music video; another; marriage affairs; exclusive interview; Politics; scandal BBC; more from BBC; and many, many, many more.
