Non-notable actor; moved to draft and quickly returned to main. Variations of the name both in draft and main seem to be protected from creation. Keep this. CU Note I have confirmed that the article's author, Hylubee, is a sock of a globally locked LTA who has tried repeatedly to publish an article on this person. I have struck through their !vote above. The article would probably qualify for G5 deletion, but since this discussion has more or less run its course I'll leave it for a formal closure to establish consensus that we do not need this article.
