Non-notable work by Suman Pokhrel. A few users seem to have created articles about everything he's done, linked together by Template:Suman Pokhrel. Nepali Wikipedia is a mess, but we can evaluate the sources used there. Only one of those is independent (rest being different parts of the book itself), its SIGCOV but the publisher doesn't have enough reputation that it could be used for establishing notability.
