- Comment. WP:FORRED is a red herring because this is a list article, not a redirect. It should be noted that the articles Names of European cities in different languages, Names of Asian cities in different languages, and Names of African cities in different languages underwent DRV and were restored, and then two of them were AfD'd and deleted again, and then one of them was restored again. So there's no clear precedent there regarding how to treat "list of things in different languages" articles. An article like this might fall under the broader scope of Category:Lists of exonyms, which seems pretty encyclopedic to me (though astronomical objects in this context are probably more niche than things like cities in this context).
