  • Delete - I don't see why it's notable and it does not appear to be classified as a historic building anywhere. It's just student housing.[1] Being famous for "wild parties" in the neighborhood is not worthy of an encyclopedic entry. МандичкаYO 😜 09:54, 9 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
