Article relies heavily on primary sources and a brief mention in the Financial Times. This agency is absent from the well-known O'Dwyer's list of largest PR agencies, suggesting notability is not earned from its size. There is a paragraph about it in a New York Times piece, but it is not close to enough to pass WP:ORG, which requires two profile stories where the agency is the subject of the article.
