Weak Keep/WP:TNT Subject is stated as chairman for the Civic Party Young Civics and Vice Chairman for the Hong Kong Island section (strangely not listed at English version) at the party's website [1], and may start to have coverage in the upcoming District Council election [2], but I recognize that WP:TOOSOON can also be argued for deletion. More importantly is that the editor appears to not understand that en.wiki is the English Wikipedia, and I will be leaving a message for them. 野狼院ひさし u/t/c 05:37, 13 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
