I merged the code for generating these icons with Module:Adjacent stations/KLRT, so they can be accessed through {{ric|KLRT|...}} and this template is no longer needed. Frietjes (talk) 23:22, 16 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was soft delete. Based on minimal participation, this uncontroversial nomination is treated as an expired PROD (a.k.a. "soft deletion"). Editors can request the template's undeletion. plicit 11:35, 23 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Unused. Redundant to Template:Arthrodira which features the same list of articles. WikiCleanerMan (talk) 18:13, 9 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was keep. Plastikspork ―Œ(talk) 16:23, 25 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Mostly redundant with {{RM top}}, which this template is supposed to be used in conjunction with anyway. Its only unique function is the move log links, which could instead be implemented by changing up {{Requested move}} instead to add the move log links of nominated titles. — Ceso femmuin mbolgaig mbung, mellohi! The template creator will not be notified due to him effectively being site banned last year. Other contributors will be notified. — Ceso femmuin mbolgaig mbung, mellohi! (投稿) 20:00, 16 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. Does not violate any of the WP:TFD#REASONS to delete. I use this template all the time to close move requests. It utilizes {{RM top}}, {{RM bottom}} and more. It's always subst. so its few transclusions won't be seen on its What Links Here page; however, since I placed a self-link in the template, all those closed-request links are shown on that page. I've spent some time improving this template so it can be used, so I would appreciate it if it were not to be deleted. Thank you. P.I. Ellsworth , ed. put'r there 20:11, 16 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. This template seems to build on / give an alternative to {{RM top}} by providing a visual design similar to {{Requested move/dated}}. I wouldn't consider it redundant, or at least redundant enough to get removed. Aidan9382 (talk) 21:36, 16 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • When I first found this template over 9 years ago, I was impressed by Rich's clever coding, which I removed as redundant in February 2015. This got me thinking about a possible solution to problems caused by syntax redundancy, when an RM is modified while open, which is the oldest active issue on my bot's talk page (see "relevant January 2013 discussion on my talk"). That's my main reason for keeping the template hanging around; I've never actually used it when closing a requested move. After I realized it needed to be substituted to keep it from breaking after page moves or talk archiving, and not being keen on the amount of code clutter left by substitution, I considered whether it might just be deleted as redundant and unnecessary. Templates like this are designed to be bold and bright, to attract editors' attention to open, active discussions. Perhaps the bold brightness is a bit distracting, making closed discussions compete for attention with open discussions. But, meh, I don't want to upset Paine, who has put a lot of work into tweaking this. – wbm1058 (talk) 18:52, 17 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Much appreciated! P.I. Ellsworth , ed. put'r there 16:06, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
