Suspected sockpuppets[edit]

This user has been disprupting and vandalising numerous Somali clan articles , namely the Garhajis and Habar Awal articles and has been promoting his particular clan by vandalisng articles and replacing properly sourced information with unfounded and unsourced information. Here is one example of him inserting "Isse Musse" into the infobox with his I.P account https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Garhajis&diff=832532841&oldid=832502228 , and here is again doing it under his Issa Musse puppet https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Garhajis&diff=831904314&oldid=831754648 . The user Sccsiciidafrica has also made similar edits on the aformetioned articles. I'm 100% certain if the check user tool is utilised in this case , it will be established that Issa Musse , Sccsiciidafrica and 161.52.14.200 are one and the same person.   • Sccsiciidafrica; has continuously been engaged in Vandalism, from multiple sockpupets On Habar Awal, user continuosly reverts edits with no explanation, and insert self-promotional material which links to an article he created which is currently under discussion for deletion. I believe his part are promoting a tribalistic agenda as the article in question related to a Somali clan. The article he is linking to Issa Mussa which was recently deleted but popped back up again, has no origial research and is essentially a copy/paste of the Habar Awal article. This article is again under discussion for a deletion as well. I warned the user multiple times to build conseus for his edits and he ignored my messages on his talk page. I tried incorporating his edits but he still insists on putting hearsay evidence in the page. He has deleted my warnings on his talk page in an attempt to cover up his tracks as well. I endorse GeelJire's assertion that Issa Musse , Sccsiciidafrica and 161.52.14.200 are one and the same person as the edit history's and nature of the edits match up in being the same user with multiple sockpuppets.
