Suspected sockpuppets

Austin.brany, first edit which I reverted considering it as a GF edit. Now today I found a similar edit promoting the website Bollywoodmdb here. Austin.Brany changed other sites to BMDb 1 2. All three edits promoting the site. As evident from his contributions. Exactly one day after I reverted his last edit another account was opened by the name of Justin.dolph which from his first edit within 9 minutes of account creation showed knowledge about citing sources which I am sure he learned from previous account. Not only that his other edits 1 2 3 also promoted the site. The last edit I reverted was another well cited one but was pure Soapboxing. Requesting Investigation along with Check User. Bbb23 there are two possibilities, either one of them is socking to promote the website or he is bringing on a group of them to promote. The site owner himself (more possibilty and probability) or the site owner has paid them to promote it. As for the List of Bollywood films of 2014 article here in case of Indian articles, more so in case of bollywood editors tend to edit articles which they are interested about, if they are not then they don't give a damn about it. But there are exceptions also the article is about next year and the foci of attention seems to be the current year which might be the reason people ignored the article.  Clerk note: Sohambanerjee1998, there's kind of a mix here of edits by the different accounts. Some are simply replacing fridayrelease.com with bollywoodmdb.com (e.g., [1]), which is understandable considering that if you go to the friday website, it effectively redirects you to the bollywoodmdb website. Other edits are obviously adding promotional material (e.g., [2]), although in Indian articles that's hardly uncommon. I wouldn't block on behavior, and I'm ambivalent about endorsing a CU. (Interestingly enough, the edit to List of Bollywood films of 2014 has stuck, despite it being obviously inappropriate.)--Bbb23 (talk) 19:00, 2 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
