I also suspect that OobiPuppetNogginShow68 may be a sockpuppet. I saw this edit to the R179 (New York City Subway car) article with the edit summary "Sorry this picture was uncopyright". This edit to the same page has the edit summary "Undid revision 995457592 by Kew Gardens 613 (talk) unexplained this is new picture why I can't post this picture why?"

Rgalo10 has had similar issues with copyrighted files being deleted when attempting to upload an image to another NYC Subway rolling stock page R188 (New York City Subway car). Rgalo10 has had issues with other users when attempting to place his own pictures, with similarly bad edit summaries: on the R188 page, when he wrote in an edit summary: "This picture is real now this time i took it with my phone today but Eti15TrSf tell me that I can't steal or make fake pictures no more Eti15TrSf told me I have to create my own picture in order to post it only real picture." Rgalo10 has recently been loutsocking on this range (which he seems to share with a different LTA) to (incorrectly) tag his own socks. The similar topic interests include changing images for NYC Subway cars (SB46: [32], confirmed socks: [33], [34]). Also, similarly bad grammar with run-on sentences (SB46: [35], confirmed socks: [36]). Also note the edit summary of the confirmed socks which has the format "Reverted 1 edit by X (talk) to last version Y", a grammatically incorrect manual summary repeated by SB46 here.

    @Bbb23 and Oshwah: I removed or reverted all the strange "expressed a concern" ones. The script has done that for me before, I'm not sure what triggers it.   • I'm quite familiar with Rgalo10 and while the cartoon editor reported here may be sharing an IP range with Rgalo10, behaviourally they're clearly a different person who simply happens to live in the same metropolitan area of several million people. I'm closing this without any finding of socking wrt. Rgalo10; no comment as to potential socking with any other account/IP or whether or not the IP's edits are disruptive (which can be discussed at ANI). Spicy (talk) 00:25, 21 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
