Suspected sockpuppets

[edit]

Very little amount of edits so far, however all of them are focused on the same target articles as Qara xan, and marked by the same POV (in simplistic words; what we could descibe as "anti-Iranian", "pro-Turkish-Azeri""), regardless of the material being reliably sourced or not, e.g.[1][2][3][4]. "John Francis Templeson" already has, with literally no more than 80 +/- edits on his curriciulum, a visibly huge (and when I say huge, I mean really HUGE) war-like mentality with established users whom Qara xan pretty much could not stand for a bit as well (User:HistoryofIran in particular, here two examples from the past[5][6]). They (John Francis and HistofIran) have only encountered each other once so far, but our buddy "John Francis" already found his way to the talk page of JamesBWatson to ask if he could block user HistoryofIran.[7]. Very, very fishy, to put it polite. - LouisAragon (talk) 19:52, 2 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Further evidence;
  • Same proficiency in English
  • Same way of "reasoning"
Addition; now "defunct"" admin Dennis Brown suggested a link to user "RussianDewey" some time ago, right after when Qara xan got blocked.[8] If that would be the case, then the RussianDewey SPI case (which includes user "Alexis Ivanov", recently indeffed as a sock of RD and for repeatedly wikihounding KrakatoaKatie, amongst others) has to be linked with this one. DeltaQuad, did you run CU when you confirmed Alexis Ivanov here? The Editor Interaction Analyser nevertheless does show a large amount of overlap (which is especially "interesting" just considering how specifically the articles were that they edited, and how few they actually were)[9][10] One thing though that perhaps sets Alexis Ivanov apart frrom Qara xan is that he wasn't really "anti-Iranian" (excuse me for the kind of "petty" labels here; they're just for the sake of simplicity here). Also, I'd say there's a "slight" difference in the proficency in English when we compare John Francis/Qara xan with RussianDewey/Alexis Ivanov. However, at the same time RussianDewey behaved quite differently in terms of behaviour (Alexis Ivanov was nicer overal, much more here, and not as much "anti" certain matters as RussianDewey was, yet they turned out to be confirmed to each other). Anyways; CU should give more clear answers, I believe. - LouisAragon (talk) 19:52, 2 February 2017 (UTC) LouisAragon (talk) 19:52, 2 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Guys, I really cannot understand you. Maybe, because I didn't practice my English for a long time? Louis Aragon, you know Russian, can you explain in this language WHO IS QARA KHAN and the reason why you think that we are the same person. Is there any active clerk that can start analyzing the evidence? Otherwise we have to wait for months again. I know you guys are darn busy, don't get me wrong. Bests - LouisAragon (talk) 22:10, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
80+ edits, and knows already how to create DR cases. Yeah, sure buddy. - LouisAragon (talk) 22:11, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Alike the master Qara xan, "John Francis Templeson" only finds himself pre-occupied with a very select amount of users whom Qara xan also extensively targeted, and/or whom are preventing him from making his WP:OR/POV edits, and those are basically only HistoryofIran (diffs already linked above), EdJohnston,[11][12] and Kansas Bear.[13][14][15][16][17]. Notice that "Qara xan" also specifically asked Edjohnston for his opinion about matters,[18] alike John Francis Templeson.[19][20]. And all this remarkable similarity with such few edits on his repertoire. - LouisAragon (talk) 02:53, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Given that almost two months have passed since this SPI was opened, and not a single comment has been made yet regarding the extensive evidence posted, I assume this is gonna get closed in the near future due to a lack of interest? (read: "not enough evidence to issue a sanction.") - LouisAragon (talk) 05:46, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed, this seems very fishy. Not to mention he reported for me literally removing a unsourced piece of information, and said I was violating the WP:CIV for doing that.. like.. wat?? His way of communicating indeed reminds me of the banned user Qara xan. Not to mention his name = // = his edits. How can someone be called 'John Francis Templeson' and edit Turkic-related articles from day one whilst having a war-like mentality against other users? --HistoryofIran (talk) 20:15, 2 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
