Compare with Shyamshriya (talk⁺ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) rather than the apparent master, and note the fixation with Draft:Madhab Chandra Jena. They appeared after Shyamshriya was blocked. A new user complaining about sockpuppets on the talk page of an obscure, declined draft written by sockpuppets, and saying on their user talk page that "when I tried to edit Madhab Chandra Jena draft my account is blocked" and "mere blocking the account forces me to create a new account", which sounds like either direct block evasion, or an IP block. I've deleted and create-protected Madhab Chandra Jena (AfD discussion) and ମାଧବ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଜେନା (AfD discussion) and revoked the editing privileges of Banambar (talk · contribs). There has been a succession of accounts and article re-creations, even in the project namespace and in languages other than English, going back to 2015, alongside create-protections that didn't last.
