Edits and behavior regarding Sabean colonization of Africa and pro-Ethiopian comments reminded me of User:Further Than Beyond who was found to be part of a sockfarm under this sockmaster. Examples are here and here from a previous IP editor. I couldn't find exact edits from Further Than Beyond that match Apprentix's edits to this article but this article is a frequent target for sockpuppets interested in the Horn of Africa subject area. There is also a resemblance to User:Habesha212, User:Ezra Ben Yosef (see Beta Israel), and some IPs used for block evasion but those are from different sockmasters. I'm sorry that this report isn't more precise, looking at the page histories for these articles, there is a lot of sockpuppetry going on here but it's a challenge to find matches for exact edits made. But I thought I'd file this report anyway as Apprentix is a brand new editor who, to me, has the earmarks of a block evading sockpuppet. Liz ^{Read! Talk!} 01:23, 15 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the quick action. In the earlier SPI case regarding Neo the Enlightened One, it seemed like some of the socks were related to each other but not necessarily related to Neo the Enlightened One. Maybe this incident should be moved to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/BasedHistorian PHD? I was going to just block Ax Gagce per duck, but since this is still open, I'll add here.
