Movaigonel was indeff blocked recently. Fr4you is a new account created just a week ago, yet it demonstrates similar behavior to Movaigonel in similar articles. First edit is reverting an IP in a niche newly created article that only a few editors edited, including Movaigonel [1], [2]. Fr4you edited in a new article Movaigonel created [3], and himself created a similar article [4], both about French/Algerian battles – which is something Fr4you and Movaigonel show interest in and created several articles on this topic. - Kevo³²⁷ (talk) 11:40, 1 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I predict that checkuser would find that they are in different parts of the world (see their times of edits).^[5][6] They might be the same; there are some similarities between them, but also behavioural differences. Part of the reason for suspecting they are the same person is that Fr4you was created on 23 August, after Movaigonel got an indefinite block on 2 August. I can see some similarities in the wording between the version of Battle of Timimoun created by Movaigonel^[7] and the version of Battle of Fedj Zezoua created by Fr4you.^[8] Both use U.S.-style dates and spelling, and both use the phrase "is a military confrontation between the". But I can also see differences - Movaigonel gave the French designations "(3e R.P.C)" and "(1er R.E.P)"; Fr4you did not. The evidence that they both edited the same two articles is thin, the edits they made to those articles are not similar. Fr4you makes 84% of their edits to articles (Main + Draft), whereas Movaigonel made 54% (Main + Draft); that is a big difference. Conclusion a checkuser comparing these users would be a good thing. With under 30 edits, Friedrch2 has recreated two pages that were G5'ed by @Yamla on 9 November 2023 at 7:26: Battle of Nakhchivan (1919) and Aras War. The deletion log doesn't have the name of the blocked or banned user, nor can I access the deleted page, so I cannot provide further evidence, sorry. While you can't see it in the deletion log, there is some information available at Special:Log by entering the page title as the target. See here and here. Interesting. I've re-blocked Tufffffff to list Samuel Khuspov as the master and tagged as suspected. For Friedrich2: both Draft:Battle of Nakhchivan (1919) and Draft:Aras War are word-for-word identical to deleted versions by blocked users (including typos), so at a minimum there's some sort of illegitimate coördination going on (not for the first time in this topic area), and that's reason enough for a block under the circumstances. JR H44 doesn't have too many contributions but from the articles they edited, there are alot of similarities to Movaigonel: JR H44 recreates the same article that Movaigonel created and was AfDed (logs), despite the limited contributions of JR H44, they edit the same articles as Movaigonel [9], [10], add same wikilinks in same articles [11], [12], edits in same article created by Movaigonel [13], [14], tries to restore another article that was created by Movaigonel [15], [16], [17].
