The two accounts definitely seem suspicious given the edits made to the Adventure Emirates article (now deleted). I would say that sock puppetry is probable, but I don't have any proof that directly links the accounts to one another. This is fairly obviously paid editing with a general pattern of article creation. I've blocked the unblocked accounts without tags. Please figure out which account is the oldest and either stick them in the existing SPI or create another one. Then they can be tagged.

I was going to report this as well. IP 180.215.123.156 twice removed Guanaco's CSD noms, and now suddenly an SPA pops up to do the same. I strongly suspect that the IPs are Waffen, particularly because of their poor attempts at contesting the G5 speedy delete nom. "the article was created before the ban it must not be speed deleted as it will be violation of CSD 5 if its deleted" No, obviously Waffen was indeffed long before the article was created. However, I'm curious what should ultimately be done about Jibin George Sebastian. Could it in fact be speedied under G5? Apart from normal article tagging and cat additions and other maintenance issues, the only substantive content was added by an IP in the 180.215.* range. If we believe this is the same person, can we delete? Do we consider the tagging and cleanup edits to be "substantial"? (Cue new SPAs fleshing out the article to skirt speedy-delete rules, I say cynically.) Cyphoidbomb (talk) 04:33, 27 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
