Irvi Hyka (talk · contribs) is currently blocked for 3 weeks for violating his discretionary sacntions. Since his block, 80.78.77.230 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) has continued to edit. Of the 8 articles the IP has edited since June, all have also been edited by Irvi Hyka. These are all Albanian related articles, and often specifically Kosovo or Durrës which Irvi Hyka claims is his hometown on his userpage. (The IP resolves to Albania). This is also the focus of Irvi Hyka's edits. The IP continued an edit war started by Irvi Hyka.

Irvi S. Hyka (talk · contribs) just showed up today editing an article which Irvi Hyka has edited 317 times. Note also that Irvi Hyka's user page gives his full name as "Irvi Skënder Hyka". Both accounts seem to be pretty clear block WP:EVASION WP:DUCKs.

Irvihyka (talk · contribs) edits (from a year ago) are all to articles which Irvi Hyka has edited, including Aleksandër Moisiu University where Irvi Hyka claims to be a student on his userpage. No block evasion here, but the Irvi Hyka account was used both before and after this account.

Note that Irvi Hyka was previously blocked for socking from an IP to avoid his discretionary sanctions. TDL (talk) 23:50, 27 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I concur with the conclusions of this SPI. There is no doubt in my mind that this is Irvi Hyka. He socked from the 80.78 IP recently in order to evade a previous block [1]. The behavior is identical. This user thinks wikipedia rules and things such as blocks are inconveniences to work around rather than rules one should abide by. Athenean (talk) 16:41, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The user was recently indefinitely blocked for a variety of reasons. He has previously utilized 80.78.77.230 to evade his blocks: User_talk:Bwilkins/Archive_10#Irvi_Hyka, Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Irvi_Hyka/Archive#27_August_2012. For the last month, the IP has resurfaced and is editing many of Irvi's favourite articles: International recognition of Kosovo, Foreign relations of the Republic of Kosovo, Aleksandër Moisiu University, List of heads of state of Albania. Geolocates to Albania where past socks have. Overlap includes Aleksandër Moisiu University (which User:Irvi Hyka claims to attend): [10] vs [11] and Sadijé Toptani: [12] vs [13], as well as their usual Foreign relations of the Republic of Kosovo and International recognition of Kosovo (ie [14] + [15] vs [16], notice the similar edit summary) where the have resumed adding copyright violations (which is what the master was blocked for.) Returned editing article that previous sock had edited shortly after being blocked. (Previous socks have claimed to have attended this university.) Has also returned to one of their favourite targets: International recognition of Kosovo. Created International Film Summerfest of Durrës: previous socks have claimed to be from Durrës. Other overlaps include Minister of Foreign Affairs (Albania), List of heads of state of Albania, Cabinet of Albania, Ibrahim Kodra, List of universities in Albania. Lots of overlap on Albanian related subjects.

Mr. Hyka was created a few weeks after the last sock was blocked. User headed straight to Aleksandër Moisiu University[19] and Vëllezërit Kajtazi Educational Institute[20], which have been a frequent target of past socks, and which the master claims to have attended. Also added himself as an alumni at Vëllezërit Kajtazi Educational Institute [21], just as a past sock had: [22]. Edits Durrës[23], as with past socks and which the master claims to come from.

Bunker92 makes the same claim here. This username is very similar to the last sock User:Mr._Bunker. The master claims to be born in 1992. Resuming past editing subjects: [24]/[25], [26] TDL (talk) 00:22, 24 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Another point, Bunker92 has been warned for copyright violations involving the exact same page (International recognition of Kosovo) as the master was blocked for copyvios on (see Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/IncidentArchive787#Copyright_violations_by_User:Irvi_Hyka), which led to a CCI being opened: Wikipedia:Contributor copyright investigations/20130224. Just to be clear about recent events. The two new accounts that vandalized this SPI, Bunker1992 (talk · contribs · count) and Mr. Bunker 2 (talk · contribs · count), are  Technically indistinguishable. However, they are Red X Unrelated to Bunker92. I strongly suspect that the impersonator accounts are operated by a rather old master, but I'm not going there.
