Igor1383 was created in 2012 and mostly edited about American cartoons, such as Shadow the Hedghog. The account also edited Roblox, a video game article. The account went inactive after a month-long block for copyright violations in October 2012.
ShadowNinja1080 was created in 2014, and was renamed Shadowzpaez in 2016. Shadowzpaez now focuses on Kazakh-related articles, specifically geography and architecture. ShadowNinja1080 is also the name of an account on Wikia which has edited the Roblox Wikia as recently as 2016.
Shadowzpaez is also interested in race and racism, having created User:UBX/Alt-right flag and User:UBX/Alt-right pepe. These are userboxes for the alt-right, a white supremacist movement. The Pepe one included a copyrighted image without a fair use rationale, while the flag one included the "Kekistan" flag, which is derived from a Nazi flag. Shadowzpaez also edited Template:White people.
Igor1383 resumed activity in 2016 by editing Palace of the Republic, Almaty, an obscure article created by Shadowzpaez. Almost all of Igor's edits for the past two years overlap with Shadowzpaez:

Dinked2's only non-!vote edit was this edit to Talk:White pride, which matches the interest in the alt-right and other white racial issues.
All three have !voted at Talk:Balkhash (city)#Requested move 31 May 2018, Talk:Akmola Region#Requested move 31 May 2018, and Talk:Ak Orda Presidential Palace#Requested move 31 May 2018, and they even voted in the same order. Grayfell (talk) 02:47, 7 June 2018 (UTC)

Almost every page they've edited, has also been edited or even created by Shadowzpaev - compare editor interaction and list of pages edited by Nomad167. They've also reinstated edits done by Shadowzpaev that were reverted.
They have the same tendency to correct spelling/diacritics of titles as Shadowzpaev, [1]; and to write mostly unsourced paragraphs of text, compare [2] with say Taiyr Khan Galobtter (pingó mió) 18:07, 7 October 2018 (UTC)
