Suspected sockpuppets

User has admitted that he is the sockmaster in question ([1]). It has made several disruptive edits to the Sailor Moon article, as well as Dragon Ball Z and other articles([2], [3], [4], [5]). Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 03:32, 27 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I thought I'd chime in. Dartfan20 has recently made a few edits on the several articles which were all reverted by a number of users, including myself, as they were deemed to be either vandalism or misinformation. Namely, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball (anime) and European Broadcasting Union. Funny enough, the user has also clearly written "75.92.82.70 is back." on his user page. •  Clerk note: HJ Mitchell, I'm pinging you because you was the one who blocked 75.82.92.70, so maybe you can help us. It seams that, after being blocked, the IP user created and account (he admits that here). And, he continued to make the same edits he was making while using the IP ([6] and [7], [8] and [9], and so on). What is the reason this IP was blocked? Is it because of those edits? If yes, than the account should be also blocked for six months, as that is the duration the IP was blocked. Vanjagenije (talk) 10:54, 27 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Wtmitchell: You blocked Dartfan20 for disruption, but take a look here: he is actually evading the six months bloc issued to his IP. Do you think we should also block him for 6 months? Vanjagenije (talk) 11:26, 2 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Vanjagenije: I'm one of the few administrators you haven't pinged. The IP's block expires around August 6, 2015. The evidence persuasively indicates that Dartfan20 is evading that block (doesn't matter what it was for). I think blocking Dartfan20 for six more months is too much. I've therefore blocked the account for two months, which means it will expire a little less than a month after the IP's block expires. If the IP evades Dartfan20's block after the IP's block expires, we should extend the block on Dartfan20 to indefinite and block the IP for a year. Closing.--Bbb23 (talk) 12:04, 2 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Continues to vandalize broadcast information in the Sailor Moon and other articles as well ([10], [11], [12], [13]). Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 05:34, 12 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Here's some differences from the sockmaster in question: [14], [15], [16], [17]

  •  Additional information needed - @Sjones23: In order to facilitate and expedite your request, please provide diffs to support your case. Please give two or more diffs meeting the following format:
  1. At least one diff is from the sockmaster (or an account already blocked as a confirmed sockpuppet of the sockmaster), showing the behaviour characteristic of the sockmaster.
  2. At least one diff per suspected sockpuppet, showing the suspected sockpuppet emulating the behaviour of the sockmaster given in the first diff.
  3. In situations where it is not immediately obvious from the diffs what the characteristic behaviour is, a short explanation must be provided. Around one sentence is enough for this. Vanjagenije (talk) 17:37, 12 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

User appears to have repeatedly added the same incorrect broadcast information at Sailor Moon ([18]) like his previous sockpuppet ([19]). The user admitted its identity as The Epic LOL on his user page. Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 21:48, 31 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
