A large portion of CookieMonster755's edits were about subjects connected to the state of Oregon. For example, Pine Eagle Charter School, Ashland School District (Oregon), Broadway (Portland, Oregon), Park Avenue West Tower, New Bridge, Oregon are a few.

IntelligenceAgent also has edited quite a few Oregon-related articles: Home Power, Alek Skarlatos, Talk:Rogue Community College, Talk:Umpqua Community College shooting.

Interestingly, this suspected sock account has "Agent" in the user name while the suspected sockmaster's first edit summary contained the following: "I am wikipedia user, Agentdunhamfbi". I think this is more than coincidence. Diff here: [3]

I would also like to note that the CookieMonster account and the indeffed user Kbabej also have articles and talk pages in common (see here for Intersect Contribs evidence [5]. I do not believe there is enough evidence other than the articles they have in common to add Kbabej to this SPI, however, I ask that admins concerning themselves with this report also consider the possibility of a connection, considering the long history of sock account use by Kbabej. Am pinging Bbb23 because of his familiarity with Kbabej and his sock accounts.

As far as CookieMonster and IntelligenceAgent, I believe the DUCK evidence in combination with the physical evidence is overwhelming and a CU will show these two users to be one and the same. Requesting a sleeper check -- I know that CookieMonster has a "legitimate alternate account" that I ran across while gathering evidence, however, at this time cannot find it to provide for this report.
