Gandhi87 made a series of unconstructive edits to cricket articles, but my attention was drawn to the 2018 ICC World Twenty20 article. They made three edits change scheduled to proposed, removed "ICC" from a category and added "& 2022 tournaments were". These were all done on the 19th October and were reverted (by myself), as they failed WP:V. Angrybirdt reinstated these edits the very next day. Both accounts have also been making changes to do with "England and Wales" in regards to cricket tournament hosts and/or winners:

Awaiting administrative action - I'm guessing this is WP:MEAT, but there exist ways to fib a user-agent (that I won't get into). In any event, given the CU result and the diffs, I find these accounts are connected. Given the master's previous block for socking, please indef both.
