I noticed similarities in both users (including some other users which i've not mentioned). Page Manvitha harish was edited created by Manvithkds and then blanked by Manvithakamanth, also there are similarities in their names (both names consist of word Manvith).—M++ C++ 18:13, 4 August 2016 (UTC)

Same blanking behavior on Manvitha Harish as both Manvithakds and Manvithakfi. This comment by Lohith ajp suggests that it's a shared/role-account and essentially admits to having used another other account and that its main purpose here is to get an en.wp page that they can then use for off-wiki promotion.
