The result of the discussion was retarget to Shutdown (computing)#-r. Also creation of Shutdown -r (Mr. Robot) targeting List of Mr. Robot episodes#ep32 (non-admin closure) TartarTorte 23:17, 12 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Is the Mr. Robot episode really the primary topic for this title? Suggest retarget to Shutdown (computing)#-r. * Pppery * it has begun... 19:38, 5 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Zero articles actually use this redirect, I'd say the easiest move (instead of an RFC) would have just been to redirect to Shutdown (computing)#-r then recreate the initial redirect at Shutdown -r (Mr. Robot). -- Alex_21 TALK 21:02, 5 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Alternate name, apparently – see [1]. Edward-Woodrow :) [talk] 20:34, 5 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. While they are indeed HTTP codes, referring to them as HTML codes is common (if technically incorrect). Some examples: [2] [3] [4]. Feel free to tag the redirect differently, but I don't think it should be deleted. Modest Genius talk 10:35, 6 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Weak keep status codes are frequently called error codes. They are usually processed with error handling subroutines -- 67.70.25.175 (talk) 22:25, 5 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • I'll reäffirm my retarget above. Skynxnex (talk) 01:52, 6 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Retarget to Desperate per those above. We don't have a standalone article for any song with this title, only redirects to articles, suggesting none of those songs have any claim to primarytopicness, so should target the list at the dab page and the reader can pick. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 19:59, 6 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Retarget but the edit history should probably be moved to Desperate (Fireflight song) as that redirect has no history while this one was an article. Crouch, Swale (talk) 20:26, 6 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Coach Harbaugh[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was disambiguate. Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 04:55, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

May refer to multiple coaches, such as brothers Jim Harbaugh and John Harbaugh, or their father Jack Harbaugh. Hey man im josh (talk) 13:45, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete Ambiguous, not useful. Jweiss11 (talk) 14:32, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Disambiguate as a title and name disambiguation page between Jim, John, and Jack. -- Tavix (talk) 14:39, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Disambiguate per Tavix. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 17:03, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Disambiguate per Tavix. InterstellarGamer12321 (talk | contribs) 12:06, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Speedy delete, criterion G5. Disambiguation is for topics with the same title, not lists of related topics, and this is an inappropriate title for an anthroponymy page. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 14:10, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
    • Would you be in favor of the deletion of all pages in Category:Title and name disambiguation pages? Would you oppose a retarget to Harbaugh? -- Tavix (talk) 01:24, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
      • Not necessarily. I'm mostly seeing formal professional, noble, and military titles in there, like Doctor Smith, Empress Dao, and General Agnew, titles that individuals hold by virtue of professional designation or military/noble rank. I don't think coaches are in that group - some coaches are commonly known as "Coach X" but not in the same way that all doctors are known as "Doctor Y". So if there are multiple people who are commonly known as "Coach Harbaugh", then yes, disambiguate. If our page is just a listing of people with the surname "Harbaugh" who are coaches but not widely known as "Coach Harbaugh", then the page fails WP:NOTDIRECTORY. In the latter case I think a redirect to Harbaugh would be appropriate - that page is already long enough that it could have a "sportspeople" section. As a side note I'm not sure why a series of titles like Coronation of King Charles are in that category - they're events, not titles-and-names. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 23:22, 21 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
        • Gotcha. It sounds like our difference of opinion is that I would consider coaches to be included with the group of formal titles and you would (generally) not. I presume the inclusion of Coronation of King Charles is due to "King Charles" being a title and name, but would agree with you that they are a poor fit. Not that it makes a difference, but I'm a bit perplexed about using WP:NOTDIRECTORY to make your point. The disambiguation is solely including notable coaches, it would not be a complete listing of every coach with the name. -- Tavix (talk) 19:55, 24 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Note: This was originally deleted under G5, upon which I requested an undeletion given the !dab votes, which was granted deferring to the RFD. See User talk:Garralaga#August 2023. Skarmory (talk • contribs) 17:31, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Don't speedy, as what is being proposed is pretty much irrespective of the redirect's creation. As to the dab page, do we really want title-and-name pages for Coach XXXXX? Is this a common designation in the U.S.? J947edits 10:06, 17 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
On reflection, disambiguate as the views in this instance are far beyond what is required to justify a dab page. J947edits 03:04, 23 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. I'm in agreement with Ivanvector. This doesn't appear to be a title that is regarded as a proper noun referring to these persons, and we shouldn't set precedent that might lead to a proliferation of such pages. --Paul_012 (talk) 00:48, 25 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Dietary supplement not mentioned at target or anywhere on enwiki. There is an unsourced stub in the article history that would be unlikely to survive Afd (nor should it be restored for deletion discussion purposes), so soft delete. Mdewman6 (talk) 23:40, 28 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
